Due to the nature of software and services returns/refunds are on a case-by-case basis and will be evaluated if any concerns arise. 

• Shipments are insured any shipping-related issues will be through those channels.
• Any DOE hardware issues will be treated with the best possible route for replacement
• Please ensure you contact support@tidewatercustoms.com with any concerns. Including your name, phone, email, and order number with the issue are all very helpful in expediting the review. When in need, please just call!
• Refunds are not typically provided after 30-days of tuning but I am hear to support you with the best possible services I can and will work with the tuning and platform providers I utilize as needed.
